Reservations with Unique s.a can be made in a number of ways.
You may use the secure e-reservation center service provided on this Web site,

Q.If I have an existing account, can I use this account number to book on the Web site?
A.

Yes. Please enter your account number and account name in the reservation form with the provision that you have used the account at least once.

 
Q.Can I cancel or change a reservation through your Web site?
A.

Yes. Our e-Reservation system allows you to change or cancel reservations over the telephone or on-line.

 
Q.Can I only get a 'per hour' price estimate?
A.

Our system can provide you with a 'per hour' price estimate, only in the case of renting a chaffeured limouzine. For a car rental, a 'per hour' price estimate cannot be provided.

A.

We offer a wide variety of luxury vehicles designed to accommodate single passengers, corporate executives, VIP's, and small groups of passengers. You can view these various prestigious vehicle types on this Web site.

A.

Please check to make sure that you have filled in all the required fields on the form.

A.

We require that the credit card expiration date is a month after the termination of the rental agreement. For example, a date of service of October 15 requires a credit card expiration date of at least November 15th.

 
Q.' Your session has expired due to inactivity'
A.

To protect the privacy of our valuable customers, data is deleted from the Web site after 2-3 hours of inactivity. You will need to log back in and re-enter your reservation from the start.

For an instant price estimate, click here or go to the reservation center portion of our website and start a reservation.
Once you have registered, logged in, and completed all the planning information, you will receive an immediate estimate for your trip.
If you wish to complete the reservation, follow the instructions, and you will receive an instant confirmation number indicating that your reservation is on process.

To cancel a reservation, please send us an email or call +30-2810-333223

Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours in advance of the service pick-up time. Depending on the type of vehicle and the country where it was rented, there is a cancellation fee. For all reservations, please check your confirmation for the specific policy, which is determined by your city of service and vehicle type.

A.

If we still have availability on a certain vehicle 24 hours in advance of pickup we may be able to offer a discount. Please ask or email us for specific availability and pricing questions

Q.Do you offer CD and DVD players?
A.

Yes, we offer these luxury services but only in specific types of cars.

 
Q.What happens if I am involved in a traffic accident?
A.

First of all stay calm and seek medical attention if needed. When you have calmed down please contact us so we may handle all necessary arrangements in this situation. You should not recognise any claims maid by third parties before our specialised personel agrees with it.

 
Q.Is smoking permitted in the vehicles?
A.

No. Smoking is not allowed in our luxury vehicles. A cleaning charge will apply if our policy is violated.

 
Q.Why have I not had a reply to my email or reservation request?
A.

If you have not heard from us within a few hours please follow-up with an email or fill in the contact form. Normally, the reply is sent to the client within the following 1-3 hours from the moment the request takes place. If the client doesn't receive an answer, then the request didn't proceed or the offices of the company are closed. ( View our Working Hours )

 
Q.Can I select the colour of the Vehicle?
A.

You may select a colour but the Company is not obliged to provide it, if it ιs not available. Thats why the colour cannot be granted as a reason for cancellation.

 
Q.What happens if I lose my car key?
A.

Our luxury cars have electronic keys or electronic card keys. In case of a key loss, it is fully paid by the renter.
With some types of rental there can not be an immediate replacement of the key, or if necessary, the vehicle itself.

 
Q.Are there any extra amenities in the cars?
A.

The luxurious categories of the company do have extra amenities such as GPS (Global Positioning System) private phone number,wireless internet, laptop, leather seats, a variety of state-of-the-art audio and visual entertainment capabilities, CD player, satellite radio, VHS or DVD, maps and a fridge to complete your comfort.
In addition to these, our limousines are equipped with warm and cold towels, trimmed ice and a champagne bowl.

 
Q.Can I tow with my car?
A.

The insurance of our cars does not include under no circumstances the towing or the pushing of other vehicles. If such an action takes place, the insurance will no longer be valid and any damage occurring from towing or pushing is fully paid by the renter.

 
Q.What is the minimum rental duration?
A.

The minimum rental duration is 24 hours for all types of cars. The chauffeured cars or limousines have minimum rental duration of 8 hours.

For every type of car there are 100 to 150 free of charge kilometres per each day.

 
Q.Can I pay with my credit card?
A.

Our organization accepts payment only with the use of credit card for all types of vehicles. Other ways such as Cash, Personal or Business Cheques or Money Transfers through a bank are not accepted apart from the chauffeured vehicles.
For private exclusive tours, there is the possibility of paying with cash

 
Q.If I need a baby seat, will your company supply one for me?
A.

Baby seats and babby baggies are available upon request . The only type of cars that cannot have a baby seat are the two-seater sport cars.

 
Q.From where can I collect or delliver my car?
A.Your car can be delivered or collected from where ever you are at the time of your preference, 24 hours a day.
 
Q.Can I travel from one country to another with a rented car?
A.Moving the rental across the borders or by ferry, in not permitted from Unique S.A.
 
Q.Is my driving licence valid for all types of cars?
A.The Company will always require a current, full driver's license held for at least 1 year for some rentals and for other rentals, 2 to 3 years prior to rental. Unique reserves the right to inspect such licenses. Minimum age of the Customer: 25 -30 years depending on the type and model of vehicle.
 
Q.Does your company organize exclusive tours with private guide?
A.

Numerous exclusive tours are organized by our company with the cooperation of our subsidiaries according to your preference. You can enjoy your sightseeing with comfort and with the professionalism of our personal driver.
Tailor made tours can be available if requested in advance of prefered date. In some tours there is a multylingual guide or escort available.
