Please be advised that the Heraklion airport arrivals terminal has two exits, as such to avoid confusion and unnecessary delays it is essential that you provide detailed flight information and a mobile phone number in order to coordinate your meeting point with the driver. Also, we must be informed should you prefer your driver NOT to hold a name card.
The above rates are in Euro (€) and include: driver, cold water for passengers, use of vehicle, child seat (must be requested in advance) and fuel. They do not include gratuities and VAT.
O/R means “On Request” as rates may vary due to the locations of certain city hotels and traffic conditions.
These rates are for your transfer to or from Heraklion Airport or Port and your place of accommodation. Other Point-to-Point transfers or on-demand chauffeur services can be arranged upon request.
In the event that your flight is delayed please contact the service representative 24/7 at +30 6974 785 010 in order to avoid additional waiting fees. For delays of more than 45 minutes you may be provided with a different vehicle of the same class (subject to availability). Should you be travelling with a large amount of luggage you must notify us in advance so that an appropriate vehicle can be arranged in order to avoid additional expense and inconvenience.
CANCELLATIONS: a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for cancellations 24 hours or less before pick-up and 100% for cancellations made 12 hours or less before pick-up or no shows.
